Over the Thanksgiving weekend I lost 2 lbs. Yup...I ate what I wanted (in measured portions) and I lost weight. It was awesome!!!
With the Christmas holiday fastly approaching I have got to start some shopping. My children do not really know about Santa. I'm trying to tell them about it now. They do know that Christmas is Jesus's birthday. My daughter is excited because that means cupcakes. Yup, the kid knows birthdays equals cupcakes. Hilarious.
We are going to go cut down our Christmas tree next week. I thought it would be this week, but nope. Oh yeah...I'm taking my daughter and son to the ballet on Friday night to see the Nutcracker. I'm so excited. Then they have a Christmas party on Saturday morning starting at 10 o'clock. We are going to try our hardest to get there in time to see Santa. If they don't make it they can see Santa again the following week at their next Christmas party. Yup my kids go to 2 Christmas parties a year and they get gifts at each party. The love it. I love it...because that is one lest gift I have to buy.
Last night I went to a Go-Go Cardio Mix class. OMG. It was so much fun. But let me tell you...when I left that class I was sweating like a greased pig being lead to the slaughter house. I mean I had sweat in my eyes...and I had on a dang headband.
I've set a goal to run a minimum of twice a week. My stretch goal is three times. That may not seem like a lot...but I can tell you it is more than enough.
In 9 days Ronnie and the boys will be coming for a visit. Try not to be jealous....okay..I know it's hard...but try. We are going to have so much fun.

I am always amazed when we eat what. Want and still loss weight. It usually means we have eated sensibly and not over done it, like normal thin people :o)

D I am jealous of you for so many reasons! Two pound loss over Thanksgiving, sweat dripping down your eyeballs from a killer workout and most of all getting to hang with Ronnie! Lucky!
My oldest is 29 months and he is just getting Christmas this year, it is really cute.
