On Saturday I checked out the consignment shop dedicated to plus sized women. it was decent. I actually purchased 3 pieces. A cute purple and black dress, cute blue jean pencil skirt with a red hot tie in the back, and a really sexy black shirt with ruffles. Each of these items were in a size I do not normally wear. It feels good to buy in a smaller size, every when it is not your size. Style blogger Savonne, says you should always try things own because you never know what is going to fit you. She is right.
I still didn't work up the patience go thrifting...but there is always next weekend.
Have a wonderful week everyone! My schedule is crazy this week. Covering custody post so there will be a couple of midnight and mid-day shifts...as well as my regular shift. It drives me insane.

I love thrifting! It definately requires patience though as there is so much to go through, and at least at the shops near me, nothing is in sizes, it's all in color/style. Like all black long sleeved shirts are together and all all yellow short sleeve shirts are together.

I just saw a new consignment shop featured on the news here in Dallas that I must go to this weekend! I always try things on in smaller sizes when they are cut larger and I even fit into a medium top once (I'm a 2x) Yes, you have got to try on!!
