Tomorrow is Adoption day for my little guy. We are so excited. I actually worked today so that I can take tomorrow off without using leave. It's going to be a great day. All 3 kids will get to bang the Judge's gavel. The judge we have has been a part of this case since the very beginning. We are coming full circle. Our family is complete.
God is so amazing!!! He blessed us with children that we could never have on our own. He strengthened our marriage when it was falling apart. He has kept us afloat with the financial hardships of raising 3 kids without being prepared has caused problems. God has just been keeping us. I'm feeling so good today. Thank you, Lord.
Band wise...today was weigh day. No change. No gain and no lose. Which is a good thing. I didn't plan my meals last week. Let me tell you...meal planning has been a big thing in my recent losses. So I will have my meals planned this week. Including our lunch tomorrow to celebrate the adoption. I have already reviewed the menu at the restaurant and picked my entree.
I didn't exercise last week either. I will have that covered this week too. I'm still thinking of joining a gym....but, unless I hit the lottery I'm going to have to pass. Maybe I can convince Charles to buy me a treadmill. But the last time he did that I used it as a coat rack.
Oh well. Happy Holidays to you all. Enjoy your family. Remember the reason for the season.
P.S. What are your goals for the New Year? Not resolutions...but goals. Goals are measurable.
