You must be crazy...

Yes I'm talking to you...the people who love exercise.  Because no matter how much or how often I do it...I would rather be sleep.  I'm just saying.

I got in a great workout last night at BP...my arms were shaking after.  When I finally made it home (bad grocery store experience) I went for my run.  2 miles.  I didn't love it...but I did it.  I was totally pissed when I ran into a spider web.  Gross!!

Tonight will be a repeat of BP and running.  Yippie...not!!

I'm just a little irritable...I didn't sleep well last night.  Because if I'm honest...I felt great after both my workouts...and I can't wait to do it again.  I don't love exercise....never will...I do love the feeling of power and success I get after I complete my goals.  So here is to meeting goals.

Smooches!!!

I hear ya...I'm not a fan myself, either. Kudos to you for not one but two workouts ;)

I exercised consistently for 9 months after being banded then fell off the wagon HARD. Never became a real habit for me. Going to try again though because you inspire me to never give up. :)

I always said the same thing...that I didn't love exercise but I did love the way it makes me feel. BUT, somewhere along the line, I think I did come to love it. Not running, but CrossFit & Jazzercise. I just had to find what I enjoyed doing and get my body to a place where it could do it well.

You are kicking ass, D. Keep it up!!!

I don't really like exercise either but I try to make it fun and interesting otherwise I won't do it.

I do like exercise because when I do exercise I get to eat pizza and ice cream and other "no-no's".

Stick with the exercise...it's worth it for improved health :) HUGS

It isn't the exercise that is loved- it is the feeling after you do it that makes it worth while (plus the hope of losing or maintainig weight!)
I mean, who WANTS to get up at 5 Am instead of 6:30? Not me. I just can't give myself the choice.

Yeah I wouldn't say that I like exercise, but it has become part of my routine and I do feel good after.
