Remember your health goals even on the weekend. This is usually the time of the week that all of my hard work goes out of the window. I'm going to do my best to remember my ultimate goal. That means...I'm going to stay away from the bread...the ice cream...the cupcakes...etc.
I'm going to spend an active weekend with my family. I think I'm going to see how my kids like climbing 101 stairs. This should be interesting. I haven't been to the trail since getting healthier. I'm excited now.

Good for you my darlin! This old lady hasn't exercised in almost 3 weeks! Between the eye crap going on and my ankle! Monday morning I am getting my yearly shot of cortisone in the ankle and my eyes have finally cleared up so hopefully, I will be back to my cardio classes at some point next week!

I think it is so wonderful when you work with the kids at getting fit. It feels like more fun and the time passes more quickly too! Love that u started a work challenge! Inspirational!
I love that you are including the kids, I have included Adam and Cole into my 5 mile walks and they love it!
My 5 year old autistic grandson can walk 5 miles!!!!!
I hear all the time, oh he is too little to be doing that, REALLY? Who says?
Incorporating exercise into their lives in one of the best legacies we can leave them. I wish someone had done that for me way back when....LMAO!!
