New Week…New Goals

As the new week begins I am setting my weekly goals.  Here we go…

Exercise a minimum of 5 days for a minimum of 1 hour.
Prepared food for lunch and dinner for the work week.
Learn how to calculate the nutritional value of all prepared foods (like soups and casseroles).
Turn a cartwheel!

SparkPeople has a great nutritional calculator. I use that for when I need to know how many calories are in a recipe that I make.
