OMG...I'm sitting at my desk and my eyes keep trying to close. I just want to lay on the floor and take a nap. Bologna (what we call the baby) did not have a good night last night. I mean dude was just full of energy. I kept asking him to go to sleep...and you know what he did...he giggled and smiled at me. True the smile just melted my heart. However, it was 2:47 am. I was not in the smiling mood. So after staying up with him over an hour...I said screwed this...my shift is over. I happily proceeded to wake my snoring husband and let him know it was his turn.
After climbing back in bed and getting all cozy...just when Brownie (my bear) and I were going back to dream land....Wet Noodle (what I call my 1y/o) decides to start screaming "ma ma." Of course I'm flying through the house like Batgirl to check on my baby. What does he do when he sees me...giggles and smiles...like it's time to get up and play. What's with the giggles it's sleepy time.
Needless to say I have not had any sleep. I get off work at 4. However, I have to be back at midnight. I live an hour away from my job. I will play with the kids...by the time I can lay down it will be 8 o'clock. I have to wake back up at 9:30 to get ready. Then drive the hour back to my job. Which means what....no real sleep for this beautiful butterfly tonight.
On a happier note...I did a full 63 minutes on the
dreadmill treadmill last night. I was a sweaty mess. LOL. I took a picture, but I'm at work and we can't have cell phones on the inside. I think I sweat more on the treadmill than at Zumba. I worked at a 1.0 incline between 4.0 to 5.0 mph. I have also started logging my food. I'm using my fitness pal. Doing good so far.

Sorry you're so sleepy, but can i tell you this? You are an infinitely better mom than I could dream of being. You care for your 3 kids AND find time to treadmill? I have 1 self sufficient kid and I make escuses not to go to the gym or fold the 3 baskets of laundry waiting on me. You rock and roll!
Hope you get to rest soon!
You are seriously super woman! My butt would've called in for sure. Hang in there!

Good for you hitting the treadmill anyway!

I am right there with you in the sleepless nights! It's so tough, but then they give you those cute little smiles. Gotta love it!
