Weight Update and ABC's

I swear I feel like I have been away from Blogland for a month instead of 3 days.  It's been really busy in my world. 

I had my 4th fill today.  I'm now at 6.5 cc's.  I explained that I can still eat more than a cup of food and that I get hungry sooner than 4 hours.  I made sure to explain it was not head hunger.  At any rate I loss 4.9 lbs since the last visit.  It puts me at 288.2.  I'm okay with it.  I go back in 4 weeks.  I'm going to shoot for a 8 to 10 lb loss during that time.
