Sorry

I totallly thought I had turned off word verification. I realized reading Ronnie's post that I was wrong.  I have since fixed this horrible error.  I'm so sorry.

BTW...I just had a slice of red velvet cake.   Yes, I know it is so not a part of the pouch test.  My dear friend made it for me.  He usually doesn't do anything like this because he is adamant about me staying on plan.

All my will power went straight to hell.  That was the best damn cake ever!!  I'm taking the rest home to share with the family.

Dawnya, The healthiest diet is one of all foods in moderation. Naturally skinny people DO eat cake. I've lost 114 lbs. and also eat cake. Don't feel bad about your choice. When you eat something like that, ENJOY it. Don't beat yourself up or feel guilty. Sometimes I will turn off the TV and just savor the taste of a treat.

I have to agree with Amanda here Dawnya. There are no "bad" foods. Just foods that require a bit more moderation. I'm glad that your friend made you a delicious cake and I hope you thoroughly enjoyed it while you savored and didn't feel guilty as each bite passed your lips.

Willpower's not in the crapper just because you had one treat. (If so, I'd have had to have my band removed out of shame long ago!) Keep fighting the good fight, just fit some cake in when appropriate! :)

Dawnya, don't beat yourself up. I had a chocolate and peanut butter cupcake yesterday for a snack at work. And i enjoyed every finger licking moment. Deprivation only leads to desperation. Love you!!

I love red velvet, color me jealous!

I subscribe to the plan that nothing is offlimits, but moderation in all areas. That being said, I had a twix bar (fun size) for breakfast this morning, so probably don't listen to me. :)

I have never tried red velvet cake, but have always wanted to. Can I come over for a slice? I'll walk there to burn off some calories! haha
