I hate this - it happens to me, too! I go to Google Reader, click on my name in my blog list and refresh and my blog will show up just seconds after I publish. Woohoo!
I have this happen to me all the time too. The worst is when you write a nice commnet, and then blogger asks you to sign in again- no way to comment at that point. Things seem to be sucking more lately than ever before. Annoying!!
