BYOC baby

♪ BYOC....Bring Your Own Crazy ♫from the wonderful It's just Me, Drazil & Sheniqua.... by ♫ Drazil ♪

It’s time for BYOC – Bring Your Own Crazy! We answer some questions in an effort to get to know each other better and to give our blog brains a break. Copy and paste to your own blog and ENJOY!

1. Do you make your bed every day? Tell us about or show us a picture of your bed comforter?
Unfortunately, I do.  Military corners and all.  I have since I left the army. Before the army I never made my darn bed.  I just love military corners.  Drives Charles insane, because he doesn't like for his stanky, nasty, finger toe feet to be enclosed.  (just in case i never mentioned it...i hate feet like Draz hates poop, puke, and other p words.)

2. Johnny Cash or Elvis? Thin crust pizza or deep dish? Coke or Pepsi? Beer or wine or neither?
That would be a neither.  LOL.  Elvis annoys me because he has his own station on XM/Sirus radio...which used to be all Kenny Chesney.  Color me pissed off about that change.

I don't care how my pizza comes as long as it comes.  Pizza is hands down my favorite food.  I could eat it daily and never get tired.  I love the stuff.

Pepsi baby...that other stuff taste like sugar water.

Neither.  Not a big drinker...but when I do...it's rum baby.  I love that stuff and it loves me.

3. I recently went through my list of blogs I follow and was at my limit so I unfollowed bloggers who haven’t blogged in at least 6 months. I want to start following some more new blogs. Who’s your fave lately? Funniest? Most inspiring? Can you link them for me??

There are way to many dang blogs to name.  So here is a quicky.  I love following Lap Band Gal...her blog was the first one I commented on.  I read Amy W. entire blog from beginning to end one night.  I like Draz blog, because she is a comedian.  My roomie Stephanie Joy, and Soul Pretty.  She is such a talent.  And of course the love of my blog life Read.

4. Repeat question: Summarize your week in blog land and in real life.

In blog land, thinking about Jacquie as she is having her GSV today.  I am so excited for her.  Missing some bloggers who have not blogged in awhile.  I'm happy that everyone is on a journey.  OMG...and I adore the fact that Laura Belle is a photographer.  I am stalking her.

I'm really proud of my boo Read!!  She has laid out her terms and she is sticking to her guns.  He better get it together or I'm coming to PA and kicking butt.

Real life:  did I ever mention how my kids are little spawns of satan with beautiful smiles.  Gosh....this parenting thing is lots of work.  Tonight I'm taking my special needs husband on a date.  He thinks it's for him, but it is so for me.  I need to see X-Men.

Have a great weekend!

You are so funny! I often "treat" my hubbs to things to, yeah, he thinks they're for him! I'm super duper proud of Read too. And I can relate to your hubbs, one of my feet have to stick out. But only one, it is my way of balancing the temp!

You are totally making me blush over here. Thanks so much for the support, I greatly appreciate it.

As a comment to a comment (from Life Simply) You totally need to read the Sookie Stackhouse books! There are also 3 other series by the same author. One with Shakespeare in the title of each book and one with Grave in the title and a third one I haven't yet read. I love the Sookie books, but the Shakespeare books are one of my very favorite series ever!!! In fact, I may need to read them again.

I will say about the Sookie books - yes they are totally and utterly worth reading and you can easily get them in used book stores (that's where we got ours) but I read them all one right after the other and I there were a few points where I needed a Sookie break. So I'd recommend reading no more than two in a row before taking a little break to read something else (Like say the Shakespeare series).

Military corners? Holy crapola! I'm impressed!

BTW...for some reason I thought you were from the Dallas area. I guess I made that up. I'm trying to see if peeps in the DFW area want to get together for a meet and greet on 7/24. If you have any interest in a roadtrip?? :)

I love me some military corners, I dated a guy once who did em and of course I had to learn at the time. But I seem to have gotten too lazy lately. Oops! :D
