- The scale is not moving, but the inches are dropping. Not sure what they were to begin with...I didn't take measurements.
- I'm officially at 40.4 lbs lost. Sure it took forever...but baby I look great.
- I have finally started exercising again. It's been touch and go since Charles left...but I'm back in the game and it feels so damn good.
- I puffy heart Ronnie!!!!
- During the family reunion weekend we went to Six Flags. I can fit in the seats for the roller coasters again. Huge NSV for me. I rode 7 roller coasters. It was awesome.
- I drank 96.8 oz of water today. That results in a lot of restroom breaks.
- The damn IRS finally sent me my money.
- Paid off $20,000 in credit card debt. I swear it was almost better than good sex. I smile the rest of the day. It was a great moment.
- Tonight I exercised!!! I boxed, did the speed bag, jumped rope (300 jumps), and I RAN!!! Yup you read it right. This fat ass non runner ran up and down the alley twice. 40 sit-ups and 10 push ups. My arms are super weak. Gotta build them up.
- I'm thinking of becoming a Zumba instructor. Ummm...I guess I should go back to Zumba class first.
