Blogland has been good.  Some of my blog family is having a rough week.  I think most of us have had some battles with the crud this week.  Barb got a good nights sleep..which we all have been praying for.  I actually managed to post more than once this week...so I'm geeked!!

Real life...my mom has not been feeling well...so I have to go straight home and care for her and the kids...which has resulted in little to no exercise all week.  My water intake has been horrible this week.  Not sure why...but it has.  I'm on an emotional upswing this week...which I'm really happy about.  I still have not found a therapist that I feel comfortable with...I know she is out there.
