New Week, New Goals

My goals for this week are pretty much the same as last week.  I did not meet my goals last week, because I couldn't breathe through my damn nose.  I'm back on track.  Not 100% ...but I'm going in hard.  The Suddenly Spring Challenge started today...I'm all about a good challenge.  I just wish I new how to add the logo onto my blog. 

Here are the goals

Exercise a minimum of 5 days for a minimum of 1 hour.

Prepared food for lunch and dinner for the work week.

Blog at least 5 days.
Turn a cartwheel!

To add the logo - save the picture on your computer - then press design at the top of your blog - click on add a gadget - scroll down to add a picture and click on the blue +.

Hope that makes sense.... I'm no good when it comes to computer instructions - I find it much easier to show someone something!

Hi! to answer your question on my post today, Zumba toning is doing Zumba types moves with the toning sticks which are about 2 lbs. We do 30 minutes Zumba toning and then 60 minutes of regular Zumba. Amazing calorie burn!
