I went to the office today for a fill. I only got .3 cc's, since I have lost 7 lbs in a month. I'm okay with that. I was so afraid the scale wasn't going to move. Since the one at home...is not doing the right thing. But it moved...downward. I stepped off that scale in did the happy dance right then and there.
Now on to my next goal. I would like to lose 20 lbs by May 31. This will place me at a total of 50 lost. I know I can do it. I am determined to do it.
Ready for happy hour last Thursday.
BTW...my home scale is going in the trash...that damn thing is off by 7 lbs. I weighed before I went to the doctor and I weighed after coming home. It said the same damn thing. I changed the battery...nada. So I'm moving on. Any scale suggestions?

You are so gorgeous! That is awesome on the seven pounds! I also would like to lose 20 by the end of May, that is when I am going back to Ohio, and I would love to be in the 170's by then. Nobody from my adult life has seen me that small! We'll do it!
I hope you saved the scale. You can use it as target practice on bad days......just sayin......

Congrats on 30 lbs!!!!!! I use a weight watcher scale and it matches my Doctors scale. I also double check using our Wii Fit board too. btw, the shirt and color look great on you!

I have no scale suggestions b/c they are ALL evil. I use a Weight Watchers scale and it's 3 lbs. heavier than my Dr. scale, but it's consistent.
