Last week I worked out 4 straight days in a row. I actually believed my eating was up to par. Apparently, I was wrong. The scale has still not done what I would like for it to do. LOL. I had hoped to have a total of 30 pounds lost by the end of March. I'm afraid I'm not there yet. There are 4 more days in the month. I hope something happens.
A change is coming. I plan on making a few changes in my weight loss journey. I plan on reaching 50 lbs. lost by the end of May. I know I can do it. I'm a few pounds away from 30 lost. I plan on challenging myself more. I must challenge myself more.
Here is my public declaration. I declare that I will exercise 6 days a week (Lord, give me strength). I declare I will prepare all meals in advance and measure out the correct bandster portion for consumption. I declare that I will abandon all ice cream.
I am making this declaration public to hold myself accountable. On the days when I do not want exercise I will remember my declaration for change.

You can do it, I'm doing it with you. We can celebrate together when we get there!!! I need to lose another 12 lbs. by May 13th. (Lord help ME too!)
